- Level and Grade your yard
- Perform a soil check for the PH Balance and then make any amendments needed to provide your yard the balance it needs.

There are different types of sod:
- Bahia Sod
- St. Augustine (good for shade and sun)
- Bermuda
- Zoysia (pronounced: Zoy’ Sa)
